Here are the steps we take with each of our guests to place them in their new home:
With five different locations in Reading, the first step of the process involves finding out basic information about your stay and requirements to match you to a location. Some of
our apartments , such as
Wellington House , are best for solo travellers, offering one bedroom apartments, some of which come with a dedicated office for home working. Other apartments are more suited for family stays, such as
Riverside House , which offers two and three bedroom spacious apartments. We can advise you on our different locations and will assess your requirements, budget and taste to match you to one of our modern and stylish apartments.
After your initial enquiry, we will speak to you further to understand your requirements. Each of our apartments are individual in design and style, and if you have particular preferences we can try and cater to them. If the apartment you are interested in is currently unoccupied, you can either arrange to come and view the apartment, or we can do a virtual guided tour with you. If the apartment you are looking at is currently occupied, we have videos of each apartment that we can share with you so you are still able to get a feel for the space and check if it’s right for you.
Once we have matched you with your perfect apartment, we will personally meet you at the apartment and provide a
welcome pack and stock your new home up with some essentials and a few treats before you arrive. We want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible from the moment you step foot into your home-from-home, so we provide personalised snacks, confectionery and essentials such as toiletries and tea and coffee.
